A Personal Message From Pamela

I am so excited to be a part of our brand new domiciliary care service as Registered Manager of (Elite Domicare LTD). Our service will provide care and support to adults living within the comfort of their own homes in the Manchester / Trafford area.

I have 35 years experience of working in various health and social care settings.

During the past 15 years I have managed domiciliary care services to adults requiring end of life care, adults and older people with complex physical and mental health needs. I was responsible for managing a team of 60 Care Workers and approximately 100 clients, following governance processes, demonstrating reliability and organisation, and promoting a thriving environment.

Within my previous role as Registered Manager, I was responsible for developing and implementing new systems and structures to meet required standards. I am passionate about providing a good quality service that is person centred, enables risk and positive outcomes for clients, and promotes a diverse workforce that supports staff to develop within their role.

Elite Domicare LTD aims to improve people's quality of life and make daily living tasks easier and safer. We support individuals from 18 plus with physical and mental health needs, mobility issues, sensory impairment, end of life care, and dementia. Services include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, mobility assistance, housekeeping, companionship, social support, and respite for carers.

I am passionate about providing a service that promotes independence, dignity and respect.

Our service is registered with the Care Quality Commission to ensure we meet required standards.

Our Philosophy & Approach

Person-Centered Care
Quality Team Building

Our rigorous recruitment policy ensures we recruit highly qualified staff that possess strong communication skills, reliability, alongside practical skills in time management and problem-solving. We promote a diverse workforce that supports staff development.

Beyond Work

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have recently had the honour of becoming a nana to two beautiful granddaughters, Lilah and Isabella. I love my time with them, but I am ready to relax with a nice cup of tea when mum and dad have collected them! I enjoy taking my Jack Russells Toby and Milo out for walks, although if it's raining they refuse to walk. It's a good life!
